Wheelercode LLC respects your privacy. Tune Up is designed to work without user accounts, without advertising tracking, and without collecting microphone audio.
Tune Up uses the microphone only to detect musical pitch for tuning purposes. Audio is processed on the device and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted by Wheelercode LLC.
Tune Up does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or payment information.
Tune Up does not collect, record, store, or transmit microphone audio. Tune Up does not use microphone audio for advertising, analytics, profiling, tracking, or any purpose other than on-device pitch detection.
Tune Up requests microphone access so it can listen to musical notes and estimate pitch. The microphone is used for tuner functionality only.
You may deny or revoke microphone permission in iOS Settings. If microphone access is denied, Tune Up may not be able to detect pitch or provide tuning feedback.
If you contact Wheelercode LLC by email or through a support form, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, subject, message, device information, app version, screenshots, or other details included in your request.
We use support information only to respond to your inquiry, troubleshoot issues, improve our software, and maintain records related to customer support.
